What’s New in Moxie – Feature Update

We are excited to introduce several new features and improvements in Moxie, designed to enhance your experience and boost productivity. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what’s new:

Book Meetings with Contacts Directly from the UI

  • You can now schedule meetings with your contacts directly within Moxie. Look for the new calendar icon next to each contact in the contact list to get started.

  • Additionally, you can book meetings from the Pipeline Opportunity → Activity window, making it easy to schedule important discussions while tracking your sales progress.

Enhanced Notification System with Email Support

  • Moxie’s notification system has been upgraded to include email notifications. You’ll now receive an email for any notification that was previously sent only as a push or in-app message.

  • To manage your notification preferences, simply click your profile icon in the upper right corner, then navigate to the Notifications tab. Customize your email alerts to ensure you stay up-to-date on the go.

Forms Now Available in the Client Portal

  • We’ve added a powerful new feature to the Client Portal: Forms. Clients can now access both forms that have already been submitted and those that are awaiting submission.

  • Forms awaiting submission are generated from the Client Detail → Forms section and are prominently displayed within the Client Portal. As with other portal features, you can manage form permissions in the Features & Permissions section.

  • Workflow automations have been updated with a new "Add form to portal" action which will allow you to automatically add form requests to your client portal without lifting a finger

Deactivation of Public Form Links

Need to deactivate a public form link? You can now do so directly from the Form Builder. Simply open the form, navigate to the settings (gear icon), and toggle off the public link as needed for greater control over access.


Bug Fix: File Attachment Bug in Agreements

We’ve resolved a bug related to file attachments in agreements. You can now seamlessly use forms with file uploads in your agreements, ensuring that all files are correctly attached to the document.
