The Moxie Meeting Scheduler includes a powerful feature that allows you to control your availability directly from your linked calendars. Whether you use Google, Apple, Microsoft, or CalDav, you can effortlessly manage your meeting schedule without switching tools.
How It Works
This feature uses events in your linked calendar to define your availability for bookings. Follow these simple steps:
Create Events in Your Linked Calendar:
Add events to your calendar that represent the time slots you want to make available for bookings. For example:Set Up Linked Calendar Blocks in Moxie:
Open the Moxie Meeting Scheduler.
Choose the availability option “Linked Calendar Blocks”.
Add search criteria for the subject of the events you want Moxie to recognize as available.
For example:
Automated Availability:
Moxie will search your linked calendars (configured in the “Check for Availability List”) for events matching your criteria. The system will use these events as available booking times for your meeting scheduler.
Please Note: Any event that is a match for the availability block search will NOT be considered a conflict. You can enter the events as either Free or Busy and the meeting scheduler will always treat them as free time that can be booked.
