Connect your calendar

Connect Google, Microsoft, iCloud, or CalDAV and choose which calendars Moxie uses.

Written by Geoff Mina

A calendar connection lets Moxie display your events, calculate real availability, and avoid offering busy times through scheduling links.

Connect a calendar

  1. Select the Calendar category.

  2. Choose Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, iCloud Calendar, or CalDAV.

  3. Complete the provider connection.

  4. Expand the connected account and select the calendars Moxie should check for availability.

  5. Turn on Show events in Moxie Calendar for calendars you also want to display inside Moxie.

  6. Save your changes.

Initial setup supports the same four calendar providers available later in Apps & integrations.

Confirm that the intended account is connected and that at least one calendar is selected before continuing.

Availability and display are different

A calendar can be used to block unavailable time without displaying every event in the Moxie Calendar. Choose the combination that gives accurate scheduling availability without adding unnecessary visual noise.

Enable a calendar for availability first, then independently choose whether its events should appear in Moxie Calendar.

Connect more than one account

Google and Microsoft support additional connected accounts. Each account can have its own calendar selections.

What happens next

Connected events can appear in Calendar, and scheduling links use the selected calendars when calculating open times. Review each scheduling link to confirm its working hours, duration, buffers, and connected availability.
