Clients are the organizing context for projects, invoices, payments, expenses, agreements, forms, meetings, tickets, communications, files, contacts, notes, and activity.
Create a client
Select the + button in the top bar and choose Client, or open a new client in Moxie.
Enter the client name.
Add the primary contact and any known business details.
Review billing information and additional details.
Save the client.
The client name is the essential starting point. Add more information when you have it so documents, communication, and billing require less manual entry later.
Start with the details Moxie can reuse across work, communication, documents, and billing.
Use the client workspace
The client page keeps the most useful information together:
Client details and billing information
Contacts and their enabled access or communication options
Additional details and custom fields
Private notes
Recent activity
Related records with counts and client-filtered module views
Select a related-record category to work with that client’s projects, invoices, payments, expenses, agreements, forms, meetings, tickets, files, or other connected records without changing the filters on the main module.
The client workspace keeps details, notes, meaningful activity, and shortcuts to connected records together.
Favorite an active client
Select the star beside the client name to add the client to the Clients navigation. Favorite clients provide a quick shortcut and can be searched when the list becomes long.
Create work in client context
Use the New menu on the client page for common client-specific actions. Records created there inherit the client context, which reduces duplicate selection and keeps return navigation predictable.
