Understand recent client activity

Follow meaningful relationship events, open their source records, and repair incomplete history.

Written by Geoff Mina

Recent activity summarizes meaningful events across the client relationship so you can understand progress without opening every connected module.

Read the timeline

Open a client workspace and review Recent activity. Events can include milestones such as client creation, a project starting, a task completing, an invoice being sent or paid, a reminder being sent, a meeting being booked, or an opportunity being created.

Recent activity keeps high-signal relationship events beside the client’s private notes.

Open the source record

Select an event to open the specific record it references. Records normally edited in a right modal open without replacing the client context. Full-page records preserve a return path so Back returns you to the client.

Load older events

The initial view focuses on recent events. Use the load-more action when you need earlier history.

Rebuild activity only when necessary

If the timeline is incomplete or inaccurate, use the activity options menu to rebuild it. Moxie reconstructs the client’s historical timeline from available records. This is a repair tool, not a normal refresh action, and reconstructed history may be less detailed than events recorded as they occurred.
