Calendar gives you one place to see external calendar events and the dates that matter across Moxie. Use it to understand your schedule, open the record behind an event, and decide whether you need a Moxie event, an appointment, or a scheduling link.
Know the three Calendar areas
Calendar combines connected calendars with Moxie appointments, tasks, personal to-dos, time entries, invoices and payments, agreements and signed milestones, and other scheduled work.
Appointments contains the bookings created from your scheduling links.
Scheduling links controls the meeting types and public booking links you share with clients.
The unified calendar gives connected events and Moxie work a shared time-based view.
Choose the right way to schedule
Create a Moxie event when you need to reserve time directly.
Create and share a scheduling link when invitees should choose from your available times.
Open Appointments after someone books so you can review their answers, notes, payment, or booking status.
What appears on the calendar
Event colors represent broad families such as external calendars, appointments, work, money, sales, and inbox activity. Select an item to see its exact source and details rather than relying on color alone.
In Month view, Moxie combines the day's time entries into one tracked-time indicator. Two weeks combines them by day and client. Select an indicator to review and open each original entry. Week, Day, and Agenda show individual entries.
