Create a Moxie event when you want to reserve time directly instead of asking someone to book through a scheduling link.
Create from Calendar
Select Create, then choose a calendar event, personal to-do, time entry, task, project, invoice, or agreement. In Week or Day view, you can also select an open time range to prefill a calendar event.
Enter a title and, when useful, a location and description.
Choose an all-day date or a timed start and end.
Decide whether the event should show you as busy.
Choose whether other workspace members can see the event.
Configure a reminder, then select Save.
A personal to-do appears on its due date and remains private to you. Select it on Calendar to edit, complete, or delete it.
The event panel keeps the calendar visible while you configure the time you want to reserve.
Open the record behind an event
Selecting an appointment, task, or time entry opens its normal editor over the calendar. Closing the editor returns you to the same date and view. Other supported records open their normal detail page with a path back to Calendar; connected-provider events open read-only details.
Tasks and time entries keep their established editing experience without taking you away from the calendar.
Move or resize an event
You can drag or resize native Moxie events in supported time-grid views. Records derived from another module and events from an external calendar remain read-only so Calendar does not bypass their source-specific rules.
Share a read-only calendar
Select Create, then Share calendar (ICS).
Choose the event types to include.
Select Generate link, then copy the ICS link into another calendar app.
Anyone with this link can read the included calendar feed, so treat it as private. Payments and signed milestones follow their invoice and agreement selections. Personal to-dos are never included.
