Draft and rewrite content with Assistant

Create and refine emails, tickets, templates, and agreement content while keeping the final edit in your hands.

Written by Geoff Mina

Assistant writing tools help you move from a blank editor to a useful draft, or improve text that is already there. They are available in supported email, ticket, template, and agreement editors.

Create a first draft

  1. Open the supported editor where you want the content to appear.

  2. Select the Assistant control in the editor toolbar.

  3. Choose the option to write with Assistant, then describe the audience, purpose, facts, and tone.

  4. Insert the result and edit it before saving or sending.

Assistant writing tools in the Moxie rich text editor with draft and rewrite options

Draft from a prompt or reshape existing writing without leaving the editor.

Rewrite existing content

Select text when you want to revise only one passage. Without a selection, the tool may act on the broader editor content. Choose the transformation that matches your goal:

  • Friendlier makes the tone warmer and more conversational.

  • Formalize makes the writing more polished and professional.

  • Simplify makes dense language clearer and easier to scan.

  • Elaborate adds useful detail and explanation.

  • Summarize condenses the main point.

  • Paraphrase expresses the same idea in a different way.

Use it safely with templates and tokens

Review template tokens after every rewrite and confirm they remain valid for the place where the content will be used. Assistant can improve the surrounding language, but the final template, recipient, subject, attachments, and send action remain your responsibility.

Keep your own voice

Give Assistant examples of the tone you want and prefer focused edits over repeated full rewrites. A useful result should sound like your business—not like generic marketing copy.
