Use and discuss Business summaries

Review generated business reports and ask follow-up questions about the information in a report.

Written by Geoff Mina

Business Summary turns recent workspace activity into a focused report you can read, revisit, and discuss with Assistant. Use it to understand what changed, what deserves attention, and what questions to ask next.

Review your report archive

Open Home → Business Summary to see generated reports. Use the daily, weekly, and monthly filters to move between reporting periods, then select a report to read its details.

The archive keeps prior reports available so you can compare periods instead of losing yesterday's context.

Generate or refresh a report

Use the available generate or refresh action when you need a current report. Generation may take a moment while Moxie gathers the relevant business context. A report is a decision aid; confirm important amounts, dates, and record status in the underlying module.

Ask about one report

  1. Open the report you want to explore.

  2. Select Ask about this report.

  3. Ask a focused follow-up such as what needs attention, which work changed, or what deserves a closer review.

  4. Continue the conversation while the selected report remains the context.

The Ask about this report panel open beside a Business Summary report

Report chat is grounded in the selected summary, making follow-up questions more focused than a general conversation.

Use the report as a starting point

Assistant may help identify themes or questions, but it does not replace the live records behind the report. Open the relevant client, project, invoice, task, ticket, or calendar item before making a consequential decision.
