If an Assistant control is missing, a result does not arrive, or generated content is not what you expected, use these checks before rebuilding your work manually.
The Assistant control is missing
Confirm that the feature you are using supports Assistant. Structured project/invoice/form creation, supported writing editors, contextual summaries, and Business Summary are distinct surfaces; there is no general app-wide chat.
Ask a workspace owner to check your assignment in Settings → Team.
Ask the owner to confirm available capacity in Settings → Billing.
Refresh Moxie after a new assignment or billing change.
Generation fails or never completes
Keep the dialog open until the current request finishes.
Retry once after checking your internet connection.
Shorten an unusually large prompt or split the request into focused steps.
If Moxie reports a usage limit, wait for the limit to reset or contact the workspace owner about the available plan and capacity.
The result is incomplete or inaccurate
Add the missing facts and ask again with a more explicit structure. Include the audience, desired outcome, dates, amounts, constraints, and tone. For a structured record, use the normal editor to correct the draft rather than assuming regeneration will preserve every manual change.
A summary appears out of date
Regenerate or refresh it after new messages, answers, or business activity arrive. Then verify important conclusions against the original record. Summaries are generated context, not the system of record.
A generated record did not send
This is expected. Assistant creates drafts; it does not automatically send an invoice, publish a form, email a client, or finalize another client-facing action. Review the result and complete the normal send or share flow yourself.
Still stuck?
Capture the feature you were using, what you asked Assistant to do, and the exact error shown. Share that context with Moxie Support without including unnecessary sensitive client information.
