Review and manage form submissions

Find responses, inspect submitted answers and files, add context, export results, and manage privacy.

Written by Geoff Mina

Submissions collects responses from reusable public forms and client-specific requests. Use it to find a response, inspect answers and files, connect the right client, preserve internal context, and export results.

Find the response you need

Search by contact or form, choose a date range, and filter by form or client. The default view shows the current month. Clear or broaden the date range when an expected response is not visible.

The Moxie Submissions page with search, date range, filters, and export controls

Submissions appear here after a respondent completes a form; they are not created manually from this page.

Open the submission

Select a row to open its right-side detail workspace. Review the submitted contact information, answers, files, form, submission time, and connected client. Use the original answers as the source of truth.

Add internal context

Use the available notes and summary areas to preserve what your team needs next. An Assistant-generated summary can help with long responses, but verify it against the submitted answers before acting.

Manage client and privacy context

Connect the correct client when Moxie could not infer one from the request or respondent email. Use the private-submission control when the response should not be exposed in client-facing contexts.

Export one form's results

Filter the list to exactly one form to enable Export. The downloaded results include the response set for that template and are useful for analysis or archival outside Moxie.

Delete only when appropriate

Deleting a submission is permanent. Preserve or export anything your business needs before confirming deletion.
