Compose, schedule, and track email

Send polished email with templates, attachments, open tracking, and Send later.

Written by Geoff Mina

Compose client email with the correct sender, reusable content, attachments, optional open tracking, and a delivery time that fits the conversation.

Before you begin

A connected Inbox account is required for mailbox email. If none is connected, the composer directs you to Communications settings instead of presenting a message that cannot be sent.

Connect the mailbox first so Moxie can send from a real account and preserve the conversation in Inbox.

Compose a message

  1. Select New email.

  2. Choose the Inbox account to send from.

  3. Add recipients and show CC or BCC when needed.

  4. Enter the subject and message.

  5. Optionally apply an email template, ask Moxie Assistant for drafting help, or attach files.

  6. Enable Track opens only when that signal is useful and appropriate for the relationship.

  7. Select Send, or open the adjacent Send later options.

Schedule delivery

Send later queues the message instead of sending it immediately. The email appears under the Scheduled view in Email activity, where you can confirm its delivery time or cancel it before it sends.

Scheduled messages remain visible and cancellable until their delivery time.

Templates and sender identity

Mailbox messages can use your saved email templates, including supported client and contact tokens when the message has enough relationship context. Changing the From account also applies the signature associated with that mailbox without duplicating it.
