Tickets turn client requests into an organized queue with a clear conversation, owner, due date, status, and resolution state.
Create a ticket
Select New ticket.
Choose the client and, when available, the requesting contact.
Select the request type and enter a clear subject.
Add CC recipients only when they should receive public replies.
Write the initial message and attach any supporting files.
Select Create ticket.
Create the request with enough context that another teammate can understand what needs to happen.
Work the queue
Search by ticket, client, or requester. Filter by open, snoozed, closed, or archived queue; client; type; status; or assignee. Group by client, status, type, due date, or assignee when the queue needs a more operational view.
Tickets open with the most recently updated request first. When updates share the same timestamp, unread tickets take priority.
Save a repeatable ticket view
After arranging the queue, open Open tickets and select Save current view. Name the view and optionally make it your default. A saved Ticket view remembers queue, client, request type, workflow status, and assignee filters along with grouping and table sort. Search text stays temporary and is not saved.
Select a saved view to apply it. If you adjust that view, a small dot marks the unsaved changes so you can update the view or reset it. Saved views are personal to you; your last selection stays active when you leave Tickets and return during the same app session.
The queue separates request type and workflow status so each field can be filtered and understood independently.
Control the ticket lifecycle
Mark read or unread, Snooze, or Archive directly from a ticket row when you do not need to open the full workspace.
Snooze removes a ticket from the active queue until the selected time.
Archive removes a ticket from normal working queues without marking the client request resolved.
Close marks the client request resolved while preserving its history.
Reopen returns a closed request to active work.
Merge moves the conversation, linked tasks, and time into another ticket.
Delete is available only after linked tasks and time have been removed.
Accept requests by email
Workspace owners can configure ticket types and the ticket intake address under Settings → Communications → Tickets. Known contacts can create tickets by emailing that address, and a branded support address can be registered when it forwards into Moxie.
Ticket settings define the workflows and addresses that feed the queue.
