Navigate Moxie on desktop and mobile

Understand Moxie's primary areas, contextual navigation, focused workspaces, and responsive mobile layout.

Written by Geoff Mina

Moxie's navigation keeps the major parts of your business predictable while giving each area enough room for its own tools.

Navigate on desktop

The icon rail on the far left contains Moxie's primary areas: Home, Clients, Work, Money, Sales, Inbox, Calendar, and Settings. When an area has several related screens, a secondary navigation column organizes them into clear groups.

The primary rail answers “which part of my business?” while the secondary navigation answers “which workflow?”

Navigate on mobile

On a smaller screen, Moxie moves your most common destinations into the bottom navigation. The horizontal links beneath the top bar let you move between screens inside the current area.

The mobile layout keeps the current page full width without hiding the nearby workflows.

Choose More to reach your profile, Sales, Inbox, Calendar, Settings, Help center, Community, and support. More collects destinations that do not fit in the persistent mobile navigation.

Keep your bearings

Page headings, breadcrumbs, and back controls show where you are when a workflow goes deeper. Some focused builders temporarily collapse the secondary navigation to give the work more room; it returns when you leave the builder.

If you collapse the secondary navigation, Moxie remembers that choice while you use the app. Selecting another area temporarily opens its navigation; after you choose a page, the panel collapses again. Expand the panel with the topbar control to leave it open.

Save pages to Quick links

Select the bookmark in the top bar to save the page you are viewing. Your saved pages appear beneath Business summary in the Home navigation, separated from the fixed destinations by a rule.

Quick links are personal to your sign-in and follow you across devices. Learn how to rename, reorder, remove, and move between shortcuts in Custom Navigation / Quick Links.
