Templates turn your best emails, agreements, project plans, and invoice designs into reusable starting points that keep client work consistent.
Choose the right template type
Email stores reusable subjects, recipients, rich content, tokens, and attachments for composers and automations.
Agreements stores reusable document pages, blocks, styles, signers, and expiration behavior.
Projects stores repeatable task plans, relative due dates, assignments, and fee behavior.
Invoices controls invoice appearance and layout rather than reusable invoice line-item content.
Use the category tabs to move between template libraries without returning to Settings home.
Build templates for reuse
Give each template a name that explains when to use it. Use folders from the list when a library grows, and keep folder assignment out of the template's content editor. Dynamic tokens let a template adapt to the client or record that consumes it; type {{ in supported rich-text editors to see available values.
Understand how copies behave
Templates create or populate records; they are not live-linked masters. Editing a template improves future uses but does not rewrite agreements, projects, or invoices already created from it. Review the new record before sending or activating it.
