Moxie has built in support for a number of electronic payment solutions as well as easy methods to share payment methods outside of Moxie. We do not charge any additional fees on top of credit card processing fees.
This requires an active Stripe account. Accept credit card payments globally by providing a simple "Pay Now" button all of your invoices. Your client will be taken directly to a secure Stripe checkout page to provide relevant payment information. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful charge. Wallets - Apple Pay / Google Pay
If your client is using Safari or Chrome they will be given the option to check out with a their respective wallet when they arrive on the Stripe checkout page. This option provides convenience for the client and carries the same processing fees as a normal credit card transaction. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful charge. ACH / e-Check (US Customers Only)
Give your clients the ability to quickly and securely connect a bank account by using the secure integration between Plaid and Stripe. Plaid securely verifies the bank account info and passes the data to Stripe behind the scenes. The bank account information is securely stored in Stripe and is not shared with anyone (not even our Hectic users). Stripe charges 1% with a $6 maximum per transaction. Additionally, Moxie charges $1 per ACH charge to cover the cost of the secure Plaid verification service. See more here.
** Note: Stripe places a $6,000 limit on ACH transactions for new accounts. If you need this limit increased sooner, please reach out to Stripe customer support.
To enable ACH payments on your Stripe connected account, simply toggle the switch under the Stripe integration page, accept the Stripe ACH Terms of service and immediately provide your clients with the option to pay by ACH. Turn off Stripe payments by clicking workspace settings > Stripe payments > toggle "Stripe payments enabled."
Once your ACH settings are updated, your users will be presented an intermediary page when they click the "Pay now" button on your invoices. Your clients will be able to manage their saved payment preferences from within the client portal to add/update/remove linked ACH accounts making it easy to pay with the same account every month.

Wire Transfers (or other external pay options)
You can add additional payment instructions to the bottom of every invoice by populating the "Payment Instructions" field on the Account Settings --> Business Info screen within Hectic. Instructions entered here can include wire transfer info, VAT / Tax ID, Online payment links, etc.
