Integrating Moxie with Sessions

Sessions.us is a virtual meeting platform.

Moxie integrates with Sessions.us allowing you to Sessions to Moxie Scheduled meetings. Once Sessions is connected you will see an option in your Meeting Locations for "Sessions". To connect your Sessions account, begin at workspace settings then connected apps.

You'll need a Sessions.us account for this integration. It is not included with Moxie.

Open your Sessions account and click on your name and then workspace settings. In your Sessions.us workspace settings, click Public API.

Click "New key" to create a new API key. Give it a unique name for this use and be sure to generate a "USER" key and not a "GUEST" key.

After you click "create" in Sessions, you'll get the key you need. Copy it into your Moxie Workspace settings > Integrations > Calendar & meetings. Click Sessions.us to add the API key you just created.

Add a description for this connection if you like and click Connect. Your description will appear to give you more information about this connection when you set up your meeting location in meeting scheduler.

Now Sessions will be an option for you when you want to schedule a meeting.

When a session is booked, you'll get a notification in Moxie as well as be able to view it on your calendar in Sessions.

In Moxie, you'll have a button to join sessions from your calendar, your homebase focus tab, or the notification.

If you would ever like to disconnect your Sessions account from Moxie, go back into connected apps, click Sessions, and click disconnect.
