Using tokens in your agreement template will allow you to reference certain information that's already been provided to Moxie in your agreement. This lets you send an agreement to several different clients without needing to reinvent the wheel.

Not all tokens are available in agreements. Use the dropdown under tokens to view the available tokens. Here is a list of what tokens are available.

Signer

  • Name

  • Email

  • Title

References the signer set for this agreement. In your agreement, use dropdown box to click signers (if you're editing an element, you'll want to click "done" and then the dropdown box will likely currently say "elements"). Add a signer and their title to reference this in your agreement.

*UpFront

  • Total

  • Unformatted

References the amount your client will owe at signing of the agreement. This comes from a combination of the cost of the package they select and how much you have set in your payment plan as a deposit due at signing. Unformatted has no currency signs or decimal points.

*OneTime

  • Total

  • Total with tax

  • Tax

References the amount that your client will pay one time (fixed rate packages and add ons). If this is taxable, you can flag it as taxable by clicking on the package in the agreement and clicking the "taxable" box.

*Recurring

  • Total

  • Total with tax

  • Tax

References the amount that your client will pay on a regular basis (recurring/retainer packages). If this is taxable, you can flag it as taxable by clicking on the package in the agreement and clicking the "taxable" box.

*These amounts are dynamic. When you create your template, the amounts will show as zero. When your client selects the packages, the amounts will reflect the packages they have chosen.
