Where to Find Summarization Services

1. Communicator Inbox

The Communicator Inbox is your central hub for all email communications. Here’s how to use Summarization Services within the Communicator Inbox:

  • Open an Email thread: Navigate to your Communicator Inbox and open the email you want to summarize.

  • Click “Summarize”: Look for the “Summarize” button, typically located at the top of the email window.

  • View Summary: In seconds, Moxie Assistant generates an executive summary, highlighting the key points and important information from the email.

  • List View Summary: From the list view in the Communicator Inbox, you can hover over the summary icon to view the executive summary without opening the email.

2. Ticketing System

Managing support tickets can be time-consuming. Moxie Assistant simplifies this with its Summarization Services in the Ticketing system:

  • Open a Ticket: Go to the Ticketing system and select the ticket you need a summary for.

  • Click “Summary”: Find the “Summarize” button at the top of the ticket interface.
