Moxie supports native CalDav integrations for linked calendars. Connecting a CalDav compatible calendar allows you to see your linked events in the Homebase calendar as well as full integration with the Moxie Meeting Scheduler.

To connect Zoho Calendar using CalDav, first navigate to your Zoho Account Settings.

  • Click Security

  • Click App Passwords

  • Create a new App Password that you will use with Moxie

  • Copy the app password and save it somewhere to use when we get back to the Moxie integrations section.

Now that you have your App Password, you need to retrieve the CalDav URL for your calendar.

  • Navigate to Zoho Calendar

  • Click the gear icon on the upper right of the screen

  • Click "My calendars" and then click the specific calendar you want to link.

  • Scroll down until you see the section called "Integrate calendars".

  • Copy the entire CalDav URL and save it with the app password you copied from the previous step.

Now that you have the App Password and the CalDAV URL, we can finish the setup from within the Moxie Integrations section.

Navigate to Workspace settings --> Integrations --> Calendars & Meetings. Click the "connect" button on the CalDAV section and input the information for your Zoho Calendar.

  • The username will be your Zoho email

  • The password will be the App Password from step 1

  • The Calendar URL will be the CalDAV URL from step 2

  • You can name the calendar anything you want. This will be shown in Moxie to help you know which calendar is which.

Click "Connect" and if all of your settings are correct, you will now see your linked calendar in Homebase as well as the Meeting Scheduler. The Meeting Scheduler will now allow you to check availability against your Zoho Calendar as well as Adding events to it.
