Microsoft has recently enforced mandatory multifactor authentication (MFA) for their products and systems to provide highest level of security to their users.

With this, all Moxie users who used Microsoft 365 to integrate with Moxie communicator email/custom email and calendar are expected to experience linked authentication disconnection.

We recommend that affected users must login to their Microsoft 365 accounts to manage their MFA settings to enable or disable security defaults. Once you have your MFA settings configured, you can then go back to Moxie communicator settings for mailboxes/custom email and to Integrations for Microsoft Calendar. Disconnect or delete the integration completely then reconnect. This should fix the issue.
