Add your business details and branding

Add the identity, contact details, logo, and colors Moxie uses in client-facing work.

Written by Geoff Mina

Your business profile supplies the identity, contact, regional, and brand information Moxie uses throughout client-facing work.

Add your business details

  1. Add your legal business name and contact information.

  2. Confirm your address, country, currency, and timezone.

  3. Add entity and tax information when it is relevant to your business.

  4. Save your changes.

Only a subset of these fields is required, but complete information produces more polished invoices and agreements.

Moxie Business details showing brand identity, locale, and business contact information

Business details keeps the identity, locale, and contact information Moxie reuses throughout your workspace together.

Add your brand

During initial setup, choose Professional, Studio, Casual, or Minimal and set your Primary, Secondary, and Accent colors. A logo and brand font are optional; the personality supplies a recommended font pairing when you leave the font blank. Review the live form or invoice preview before saving. Moxie publishes your default Brand Kit, uses its logo as the workspace logo, and creates the matching invoice template if none exists. Existing invoice templates and invoice copies keep their saved appearance.

To fine-tune the kit, open Settings → Brand kits. Add alternate logos, choose heading and body fonts, and adjust field, choice, button, text-role, spacing, and state styles. Published kits can be assigned to scheduling links, reusable forms, or client form requests. Saving another draft leaves live experiences on the latest published version until you publish again. See Manage business details and branding for the full workflow.

What happens next

Updates to shared business information are used by features that reference the live workspace record. Content copied into a specific document may still need to be refreshed or edited in that document.
