Understand Moxie Assistant

Learn where Assistant appears, what it can help with, and where you remain in control.

Written by Geoff Mina

Moxie Assistant brings practical AI help into focused places where you already run your business. It can create a structured first draft, improve writing, or summarize a specific record without becoming an unrestricted general-purpose chat.

Where Assistant appears

  • Structured creation can prepare projects, invoices, and forms from a plain-language description.

  • Writing tools can draft or rewrite email, ticket, template, and agreement content.

  • Contextual summaries help you understand longer tickets, form submissions, email threads, and business reports.

  • Business Summary creates recurring reports and lets you discuss an individual report with Assistant.

Assistant starts from a supported workflow and returns work you can review in context.

You remain in control

Assistant creates suggestions and drafts; it does not silently finish client work for you. A project plan, invoice, or form created with Assistant opens in the same editor you already use so you can confirm every detail. Drafted messages remain editable, and Moxie does not send them until you choose to send.

Get the best result

  • Include the goal, audience, important facts, and preferred tone.

  • Describe constraints such as dates, budget, required sections, or number of project phases.

  • Treat the result as a strong first draft and verify client names, amounts, dates, and commitments.

  • Use the rewrite tools for targeted revisions instead of starting over.
