Choose a focused Assistant workflow

Choose structured creation, writing, summary, or report tools that keep Assistant grounded in the work you are completing.

Written by Geoff Mina

Moxie Assistant appears inside focused workflows where it can use the right context and return a result that fits the record you are working on. Choose the Assistant action inside that workflow rather than starting a general-purpose conversation.

Choose the right workflow

  • Create a project, invoice, or form: begin from that feature's New menu and choose its Moxie Assistant option.

  • Draft or rewrite content: use the Assistant control in a supported email, ticket, template, or agreement editor.

  • Understand a long record: generate a summary from the ticket, form submission, or email conversation.

  • Explore business activity: open a Business Summary and ask questions about that specific report.

Focused entry points keep the generated result tied to a real Moxie workflow.

Why there is no general Assistant chat

Moxie does not expose an unrestricted, app-wide Assistant conversation. Focused tools use the relevant record context, produce a reviewable draft or summary, and make token usage easier to understand. This keeps Assistant centered on work that can be completed inside Moxie.

Review every result

Before using generated content, verify names, dates, prices, legal or financial claims, and client commitments. Structured drafts open in Moxie's normal editor, and messages remain editable until you choose to send them.
