Create projects, invoices, and forms with Assistant

Turn a plain-language request into a structured draft, then review it in Moxie's normal editor.

Written by Geoff Mina

Moxie Assistant can turn a plain-language request into a structured project, invoice, or form. The generated result always opens in Moxie's normal editor, where you can review and change it before it becomes part of your workflow.

Plan a project

  1. Select Build with Moxie Assistant.

  2. Describe the outcome, important phases, timing, and deliverables.

  3. Select Review project plan, then verify the generated project and tasks before saving.

Describe the engagement in normal language; Assistant organizes it into a project you can edit.

Build an invoice

  1. Open Money → Invoices and select New invoice → Build with Moxie Assistant.

  2. Choose the client first so the draft has the right billing context.

  3. Describe the services, quantities, rates, discounts, or other details you want included.

  4. Select Add to invoice, then confirm every line item, total, due term, and payment setting in the invoice editor.

Build a form

  1. Open Sales → Forms and select New form → Build with Moxie Assistant.

  2. Explain the purpose, audience, and information you need to collect.

  3. Select Create form.

  4. Review the fields, required settings, options, conditions, and presentation in the form builder before sharing it.

Nothing is sent automatically

Assistant prepares the structure, but you own the finished record. Creating an invoice does not send it, and creating a form does not publish or share it. Review generated content just as you would review a draft created by a teammate.
