Read, organize, and reply to email

Find client conversations, manage inbox state, and keep replies connected to the right relationship.

Written by Geoff Mina

Use Inbox to keep recognized client conversations visible, searchable, and actionable without mixing in every message from your external mailbox.

Find a conversation

  • Search conversations by the person or message context.

  • Choose Email to hide calls and text threads temporarily.

  • Change the time window when an older conversation is not visible.

  • Choose Custom range when presets do not cover the dates you need.

  • Use Filter to show only read or unread conversations, or conversations matched to a specific client.

  • Switch between Inbox, Snoozed, and Archived.

  • Select Show more when older results are available.

The Moxie Inbox conversation rail with search, channel, folder, and date filters

The conversation rail keeps all three communication channels available while giving email its own focused view.

Manage the inbox state

  • Mark read or unread to control which conversations still need attention.

  • Snooze removes a conversation until the selected time.

  • Archive removes a finished email, text thread, or call from the active Inbox.

  • Return to inbox restores a snoozed or archived conversation.

See who is involved

On wider screens, In this conversation lists the people Moxie can identify from the email addresses or phone numbers in the selected conversation. Use the contact and client links to open their records. Unmatched addresses and phone numbers remain visible so the conversation still has useful context.

Read and reply

  1. Select an email thread from the conversation rail.

  2. Review the messages in chronological context.

  3. Reply from the thread so Moxie preserves the conversation relationship.

  4. Use Forward when the message needs to go to someone outside the existing thread.

Why an expected email may not appear

Inbox synchronization is relationship-aware. Email involving an address that is not a known contact, opportunity participant, or approved client domain is not imported. Adding the person afterward does not currently recover their earlier messages.
