Apply your fonts, colors, logos, background, and welcome language so the portal feels like a natural extension of your business.

Go to Settings → Client portal → Appearance.

Choose a font and decide whether the portal follows the client's device theme or always uses light or dark mode.

Set the primary and navigation colors for both themes.

Upload light- and dark-mode logos and a browser favicon.

Choose the login-card position and upload, select, or search for a background image.

Edit the login greeting and signed-in welcome message.

Review both preview themes, then select Save changes.

The built-in preview is directional. After saving, select Open portal and inspect the real login page at your active domain, including a mobile-sized browser window.
