Add custom content, external destinations, or embedded resources to the client portal, then organize those pages directly from the page library.
Choose a page type
Custom page builds content directly in Moxie.
External link opens another website in a new tab.
Embedded page displays a compatible website inside the portal.
Create a page
Select Add page and choose a page type.
Enter a clear title and select an icon.
Choose All clients or a limited client audience.
Turn on Visible in portal when the page is ready.
Optionally use the page as the landing page clients see after signing in.
For a custom page, design the content directly in the visual canvas.
Select Save changes.
Use Open in portal to verify the exact saved page in the client experience.
The canvas is the design preview; save the page and use Open in portal when you want to verify the exact client experience.
Personalize one page for every client
Custom pages can fill in information for the person viewing the portal, so you do not need to duplicate a page for each client.
Select the text block where the personalized value belongs.
Select Personalize in the builder toolbar.
Search for a signed-in contact field, client field, or custom field.
Select the field to insert its token, such as
{{Contact.First}}or{{Client.Name}}.Save the page. Moxie replaces the token with the current contact or client value when that person views the page.
If no text block is selected, Moxie adds the token in a new text block below the selected element. Leave the token spelling and braces unchanged.
The Personalize menu keeps the page reusable while giving each signed-in client a tailored experience.
Organize pages from the library
Return to the Pages list to search, group, and move pages into folders. Folder assignment belongs in the list—not inside the page editor—so you can reorganize the library without opening each page.
Folders are collapsible and each row clearly shows page type, status, audience, and location.
Before embedding another website
Some websites block embedding for security reasons. Preview an embedded page before sharing it, and use an external link when the destination does not render correctly inside the portal.
