Manage profile, security, notifications, and workspaces

Maintain your personal identity, sign-in methods, notification channels, and workspace memberships.

Written by Geoff Mina

My profile controls your personal identity, sign-in security, notification choices, and membership across Moxie workspaces.

Manage your identity and sign-in

Update the name and photo teammates and clients see on your activity. The rest of My info manages your login email, password options, and two-factor authentication. Changing a login credential may require verification before it takes effect.

Profile information belongs to you; Business details belongs to the shared workspace.

Start the day with Daily Focus

Daily Focus is a personal morning email that reduces the work of deciding what to do next. It balances three kinds of attention: Respond for client replies and time-sensitive tickets, Deliver for assigned tasks and project deadlines, and Grow for timely sales follow-ups. Each non-empty category contributes its own highest-priority items, so a long sales list cannot hide work due today.

Daily Focus arrives around 8:00 AM in the workspace timezone on weekdays by default. Turn the entire digest off, include weekends, or disable an individual category from My profile → Notifications. A concise summary at the top turns the authorized items in your digest into an actionable plan; Moxie does not expose work you cannot access.

Choose event notification channels

Below Daily Focus, decide whether each event family should notify you in-app, by browser push, or by email. Browser push must also be enabled for the browser and allowed by the operating system.

In Browser push, select Enable push and approve the browser permission prompt. Once enabled, Moxie's service worker can deliver supported notifications even when no Moxie tab is open. Use Send test to verify the browser and operating-system settings before relying on push.

Important: Browser permission is specific to the site and browser. Enabling push on beta.withmoxie.com does not automatically enable it on create.withmoxie.com or on another device.

Use fewer channels for routine events and reserve interruptive push notifications for work that needs prompt attention.

Manage workspaces carefully

The Workspaces tab lists the current workspace first and the remaining workspaces alphabetically. It lets you create, switch, leave, or—when you are the owner—delete workspaces. Leaving or deleting is a consequential action and requires confirmation. The Delete account tab permanently removes your user account and is intentionally separate from deleting one workspace.
