Quick links give you a personal, customizable set of shortcuts to the Moxie pages you use most. Save any page, arrange the list around your workflow, and move between saved destinations without losing your Quick links menu.
Save a page to Quick links
Open the Moxie page you want to save.
Select the bookmark icon in the top bar.
Open Home. The saved page appears under Quick links, beneath Business summary.
The filled bookmark icon means the current page is already saved. Select it again if you want to remove that page from Quick links.
Move between your saved pages
Select a Quick link to open its page. Moxie keeps the Home navigation open and highlights the Quick link you selected, even when the page belongs to Clients, Work, Money, or another area. This lets you move through several saved pages without repeatedly returning to Home.
The highlighted shortcut shows the page you opened while the rest of your Quick links remain available.
If you select a destination from Moxie's main navigation instead, the navigation changes to that destination's normal menu.
Rename, reorder, or remove a Quick link
Rename: Hover over a Quick link, select the pencil, enter a name that is meaningful to you, and press Enter or select elsewhere to save it.
Reorder: Drag the handle beside a Quick link to a new position. You can also focus the handle and use the Up and Down arrow keys.
Remove: Hover over a Quick link and select the trash icon. This removes only the shortcut; it does not delete the page or any business data.
Moxie gives related-data pages concise starting names that include both the selected information and its context, such as Invoices · All Inclusive. You can rename any of these suggestions.
Use Quick links on mobile
Open Home, then select the Quick links chip above the page. The menu contains the same saved destinations and customization controls as desktop. It stays open when you choose a shortcut so you can continue through your list.
Understand what Quick links remember
Quick links are personal to your sign-in and do not change another team member's navigation.
Your names and ordering follow you when you use Moxie on another device.
Quick links complement favorite clients: favorites provide shortcuts to client records, while Quick links can save any supported Moxie page.
