Custom fields

You can now add custom fields to the core CRM objects to track exactly what is important to your business and workflow.

Restricted user access

Addition of new user access tier that gives workspace administrators the ability to control what modules their team members can access.

Additional integrations

We have added public API and webhook functionality as well as a launching two additional integration platforms (Make and Pabbly) which serve as altnernatives to Zapier.

Ticketing improvements

We have separated the ticketing functionality of Inbox from the other messaging channels (voice, email, sms) to improve usability and visibility into the tickets that your clients are submitting through the client portal (or via email). The break out exists in both your main Inbox as well as within the client detail view. In addition to the break out, the filters have been modified to eliminate the need to filter tickets by date in favor of more logical filtering for open/closed and assignments.

We have also added the ability to create a new ticket from within the Inbox view. Previously tickets were only able to be created from within the client portal or via email.



Mobile app updates

Major updates to the mobile app to bring functionality close to features available in the web appellation. We have also fixed a bunch of bugs and usability issues.

  1. Ticketing features are now available in the mobile app. Receive notifications, respond to tickets, and even open new tickets for clients directly from the home screen.


  2. Sales Pipeline / Opportunity management - Within the "Clients" section of the mobile app, you can now toggle between Clients and Opportunities.

  3. Lots of bug fixes including a major update to resolve login issues with OTP as well as the Android issue where the login screen was showing inadvertently when the app returned to the foreground.


Importing Sales Pipeline Data

We have added the ability to import data from CSV directly into your Sales Pipeline. The option in the importer is called "Opportunities" and will allow mapping of all data contained in an opportunity including our newly released custom fields update.
