Keep private notes about a client

Capture, format, review, and maintain private relationship context in the client workspace.

Written by Geoff Mina

Client notes give your team a prominent private place for relationship context that does not belong in a client-facing message or formal record.

Add a note

  1. In Notes, select Add note.

  2. Write and format the note.

  3. Select Add note to save it.

The Moxie client Notes area with its rich-text note editor open

Notes stay prominent in the client workspace and support useful formatting without becoming another nested screen.

Review longer note histories

Moxie shows the two most recent notes first. Select the show-all action to reveal the complete note history in one step. A long individual note can be expanded without making the entire client page scroll inside a separate notes panel.

Edit or remove a note

Use the controls on the note to edit it or request deletion. Deletion requires confirmation. Notes remain separate from Recent activity so the activity timeline stays focused on meaningful client and work events.

Privacy

Client notes are private workspace context. Do not use them as a substitute for email, portal communication, or information the client is expected to review.
