  2. Confirm the timezone used to interpret your hours.

  3. Choose Weekly hours for a predictable schedule, or Linked calendar blocks when selected calendar events define when you are available.

Availability combines offered hours with conflict checks and practical booking limits.

Check connected calendars for conflicts

Under Check for conflicts against, select every connected calendar that should make a time unavailable. These calendars are consulted before Moxie offers a slot; they do not need to be the same calendar that receives the final booking.

Add booking limits and buffers

  • Limit how many days into the future an invitee can book.

  • Cap bookings per day, week, or month.

  • Add time before or after each meeting.

  • Choose the interval between offered start times.

  • Require minimum notice for new bookings or reschedules.

  • Optionally set the first and last dates on which the link accepts meetings.

Troubleshooting

If no times appear, confirm the link is active, at least one location exists, weekly hours or linked blocks produce available time, and the selected conflict calendars do not block every slot.
