Customize the booking form and page

Collect the right information and apply your brand to each stage of the public booking experience.

Written by Geoff Mina

Shape what invitees are asked and how the public booking experience looks, while keeping the required contact information Moxie needs for the appointment.

Configure booking questions

Every booking asks for first name, last name, email, and phone. On the Booking form tab, attach a form from your Forms library when you need project goals, qualification details, consent, uploads, or other structured answers.

Attach a reusable form when the default contact questions are not enough for the meeting.

Customize the public page

  1. Select Page style.

  2. Choose the font, accent and button colors, panel and page backgrounds, and logo visibility.

  3. Edit the Calendar screen introduction and confirmation-button text.

  4. Customize the booking-form heading, schedule button, and button layout.

  5. Review the confirmation and cancellation screen copy.

  6. Use each section's Preview option before sharing the link.

Page style applies a consistent visual system across calendar selection, booking, confirmation, and cancellation screens.

Use tokens in page copy

Supported meeting tokens personalize names, account details, duration, location, scheduled time, timezone, and icons at render time. Keep the surrounding text complete so the page still reads naturally when optional information is unavailable.
