Connect calendar and meeting providers so Moxie can display external events, avoid scheduling conflicts, and create the right meeting location automatically.
Choose the connection you need
Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar connect through their secure sign-in flows.
Apple/iCloud and CalDAV use the provider-specific credentials shown in the connection form.
Zoom supplies a video-meeting location for scheduling links.
Calendar and meeting connections live together in Settings → Apps & integrations.
Choose how a calendar participates
For each connected account, expand its settings and choose the calendars Moxie should show and use. A scheduling link separately chooses which connected calendars should be checked for conflicts and where a confirmed booking should be created.
A connected account can expose multiple calendars, each with its own role in your Moxie schedule.
Use connections in a scheduling link
Add Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom as a meeting location when that provider is connected.
Select conflict calendars on the Availability tab before publishing the link.
For phone, in-person, custom, or Zoom locations, choose a connected calendar to receive the appointment when the location does not create its own event.
Troubleshooting
If a provider appears unavailable in a scheduling link, return to Apps & integrations and confirm that the account is connected and the relevant calendars are enabled. Reconnect the provider when authorization has expired.
Manage the provider connection
For account-level setup, adding another provider account, calendar visibility, reconnection, and disconnection, see Manage calendar and meeting integrations.
