Publish scheduling links wherever clients find you, and keep a growing library organized without opening every link.
Share a scheduling link
Open the scheduling link and select Share, or use its list-row action.
Select Send by email to open Moxie Mail with a professional message and the public booking link already included. Choose the recipient, optionally apply a template, and send now or later through the normal email workflow.
Copy the Public link for your website, social profiles, or other client messages.
Use Open booking page to review the current public experience.
Download the QR code for print or in-person use, or copy the embed snippet to place the booking experience on a website.
The Share dialog keeps every supported publishing option together.
Book internally
From the scheduling-links card or table view, open a link's More menu and select Book a meeting. The same action is available from the scheduling-link editor.
Search for an existing contact, or select Guest and enter their name, email, and optional phone number.
Keep the selected scheduler or switch to another one, then choose the location, timezone, date, and time.
Turn Custom time on when you intentionally need to book outside scheduler availability or over an existing calendar event.
Select Book meeting.
Organize the list
Search by name, switch between Active, Inactive, or All, and choose card or table view. Your view and grouping choices are remembered for each workspace in this browser, including after a refresh or return visit. Use the folder control directly on a card or row to assign an existing folder, create one, or remove the folder. The list labels scheduling links without a folder as No folder.
List-level controls make status, location, owner, folders, and sharing available without opening the editor.
Pause, duplicate, or remove a link
Turn Active off when you want to stop new bookings but preserve the setup.
Duplicate a link when a new meeting type should start from similar settings.
Delete only when the public booking link should stop working permanently.
