Share and organize scheduling links

Publish public, internal, QR, and embedded booking links while keeping the library organized.

Written by Geoff Mina

Publish scheduling links wherever clients find you, and keep a growing library organized without opening every link.

Share a scheduling link

  1. Open the scheduling link and select Share, or use its list-row action.

  2. Copy the Public link for email, your website, social profiles, or client messages.

  3. Use Open booking page to review the current public experience.

  4. Use the Internal link only when booking on a client's behalf; it intentionally skips conflict checks.

  5. Download the QR code for print or in-person use, or copy the embed snippet to place the booking experience on a website.

The Share dialog keeps every supported publishing option together and explains the special internal link.

Organize the list

Search by name, switch between Active, Inactive, or All, and choose card or table view. Use the folder control directly on a card or row to assign an existing folder, create one, or remove the folder. The list labels scheduling links without a folder as No folder.

List-level controls make status, location, owner, folders, and sharing available without opening the editor.

Pause, duplicate, or remove a link

  • Turn Active off when you want to stop new bookings but preserve the setup.

  • Duplicate a link when a new meeting type should start from similar settings.

  • Delete only when the public booking link should stop working permanently.
