Connect the calendar and meeting services that should contribute events, availability, conflict checks, and virtual meeting links throughout Moxie.
Choose the provider that owns your schedule
Google Calendar connects Google calendars and can provide Google Meet links.
Microsoft Calendar connects Outlook calendars and can provide Microsoft Teams links.
iCloud Calendar and CalDAV connect compatible calendars using provider credentials.
Zoom supplies Zoom meeting locations for scheduling links.
Configure each connected account
Connected accounts stay collapsed until you choose to manage one. Expand an account to decide which calendars appear in the Moxie Calendar and which calendars should be checked for scheduling conflicts. Save once when you finish configuring the provider.
Keep accounts collapsed for a clean overview, then expand only the account whose calendar behavior you need to change.
Add another account
Use Add another account when one person needs Moxie to consider calendars from more than one provider account. Configure each account independently so personal or shared calendars do not unintentionally block availability or clutter the Moxie Calendar.
Use calendar connections in scheduling
A scheduling link can check the selected conflict calendars before offering a time. Its meeting-location settings can then use a connected Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom provider. If a calendar or meeting option is missing while editing a scheduling link, return here and verify the provider is connected and saved.
Troubleshoot a connection
Reconnect when a provider reports expired or revoked access. If events are missing, first confirm that the correct account and calendar are enabled. Disconnect only when you intend to stop using that account across Moxie.
