Overview: Client portal

If your clients are emailing or texting and asking “where is the agreement?” or “could you send that invoice again?” (ha - that one seems unlikely), enter client portal. One place for shared project management, invoices and their history, and really anything you can dream up that can be iframed.

Quick steps to get your client portal set-up:

  • Start at the left navigation panel. Click Client portal to expand and reveal the secondary navigation menu:

  • Customization: Set up your branding with your logo (in light and dark mode), choose which features your clients can access, add custom pages, and add custom code if that’s your language

  • Permissions: Customize the features available on a client to client basis. You can also grant permission to clients from here and use the three dots on the right to view the client portal as this client as you test to your heart’s content.

  • Enabled features: Enable or disable modules of feature you want the clients to have access to.

  • Domains: Add a custom domain that you already own. Check out this help doc for more info.
